WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Escape Society ships nationwide across South Africa, we have a standard delivery fee of R79 per order (orders value R599 and above ship FREE), our delivery time is 3 - 5 working days from order placement.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?

We can arrange International shipping on your behalf at an additional charge through our shipping partners or you can arrange this at your expense through your preferred partner.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? 

We accept payments across the following platforms via Visa, MasterCard, Instant EFT, Zapper and Masterpass via PayFast. 

I HAVE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You'll receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been shipped.  Finally an email with your parcel tracking information will come through just after dispatch. All orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will ship that day. All orders placed after 1pm (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped with tracking and the details for your package will be emailed to you on dispatch so you can keep an eye on it in transit. Alternatively, you can track by adding your tracking number to the for in the link below :

WHAT IS PAYFAST AND HOW SAFE IS MY PAYMENT?

If you want to use your credit cards for payments, then the safest option is PayFast.

PayFast is a preferred way to pay online because it is very safe. PayFast stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. Why isn’t my promo code/voucher working?

Your order doesn't meet the terms & conditions of the promotion

Promotional codes have specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used, such as minimum spend, qualifying product purchases and the expiry date.

There is a better offer which has been auto-applied to your cart

We always want our customers to get the best deal. If we are running an offer where a discount is greater than what you would get with the promo code,  the system will automatically apply the promotion of greater value/benefit to you.
