Care

To Clean

Scuffs and spills happen. Clean your bag’s exterior shell and interior nylon lining using a soft, damp cloth, warm water, and mild soap. It’ll scrub right up. Do not use a bleach containing agent to wipe the shell

Routine Maintenance

Remember to occasionally add a lubricating oil to the trolley joints and wheel bearings, to keep metal components smooth.

All Leather Product

We pride ourselves in using only the best quality full grain leather. The leather used will age beautifully over time and tell stories of a path well traveled. Our leathers are very durable material and will require a limited amount of upkeep.

All natural leathers, delicate materials and metallic hardware are sensitive to humidity and direct sunlight. If your leather goods come into contact with rain or water, dry it as soon as possible with a soft dry cloth, since its natural hide has not been treated against water. Avoid all contact with oily, alcohol based or abrasive substances, which may cause irreversible damage to your handbags and leather goods.

For spots and spills: Blot (do not rub) excess liquid immediately with a clean dry cloth if possible. Allow area to dry – This may take a while. Most liquids will be absorbed by the leather and stains should disappear or fade over time. If the stains are more severe, refer to the instructions below.

For stubborn stains: Use a clean absorbent cloth/sponge and apply a small amount of any non-acidic soap with water. NB – Do not rub in circles. Wipe again using a clean damp cloth to remove excess soap (not in circles). Allow area to dry. When removing spots from leather, always test any cleaning method on an out-of-the-way spot first.

Canvas & Nylon Bags

Your bags and packing cubes are made of premium nylon/canvas and can be spot-cleaned with warm water, gentle laundry soap, and a washcloth. We do not recommend that you run them through the washer or dryer.
